Stir-fried Lamb

Stir-fried Lamb is a famous dish in Ningxia. Many places in Ningxia supply this dish, but the Stir-fried Lamb cooked in Pingluo is unique and special, so this dish is also called Pingluo Lamb.

The ingredients of Stir-fried Lamb are finely selected. Wang Jianguo, the famous chefin Pingluo, will select lambs of 7.5 to 10 kg. If the lamb is too small and young, its meat is too tender, while if it is too large and old, its meat is too hard to cook.
