Beer Fish

Beer Fish is a famous dish in Yangshuo. The fish is fresh and spicy without fishy smell. The flavor of beer and fresh fish is appetizing.

Beer Fish is famous for its exquisite ingredients. There are two secrets of make authentic Beer Fish. First, carp from Lijiang River, and second use Lijiang River water to cook the carp. Deep fry the fish with tea oil that are produced from the northern Guangxi mountain area, and then boiled with Guilin Beer. At last add some fresh tomatoes, red and green pepper. The fish scale is deep fried until it becomes nice and crispy. Both the color and aroma of beer fish makes the dish appetizing.
